About me

As an expat with a multicultural background, I have always been curious about differences in human thinking, behaviour, communication and relationships. This fascination for diversity in human nature led me study and specialize in Cognitive Psychology and Neuroscience as an undergraduate at cosmopolitan McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and later, to pursue Master’s and PhD degrees, as well as post-graduate training in Neurocognitive Science and Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, in Lyon and Paris, France. Today, I am established in private practice in Paris and provide psychotherapy, counselling and coaching services for expats at my office in the city and via Skype/ FaceTime in English, Spanish and French.

In addition to my clinical practice, I have also explored, and continue to be involved in diverse activities involving the dissemination of Neuroscience and Psychology, including teaching and lecturing at universities and international conferences ; participating in scientific research and publications ; writing press articles for "Sciences Humaines" and "Cercle Psy" magazines and creating course content for the training of CBT therapists at the French CBT Association (AFTCC). I also participate in Crisis Interventions following traumatic events in private companies.

I am registered as a Clinical Psychologist in France (since 2007 at ARS) and in Belgium (since 2015 by  the Commission des Psychologues). I am also a member of AFTCC (French CBT Association): Thérapeute Praticien (TP).
