Crisis Interventions after Critical Incidents

Psychological support in the days following certain tragic/ difficult events and situations (accidental death or injury of an employee, terrorist attacks, lay-offs, harassment, conflict) has been shown to be beneficial to the individuals concerned, favouring resilience and the development of adaptative coping strategies, and to the work environment.

I have been intervening in several large international (Apple, Dell...) and smaller local companies since 2013 in this capacity, and was particularly active during the November 2015 attacks in Paris. My training and specialization in trauma are assets for such interventions.

In 2017, in the aftermath of the Paris and Nice attacks, I wrote a guide for therapists on how to evaluate and manage patients in the days following a terrorist attack. (This guide is available below, and is in French.)

I am available for local, national and international interventions in English, French and Spanish.
